At Outdoor Decor Sales, we want you to be completely satisfied with your outdoor living purchases. If for any reason you’re not happy with your patio furniture, outdoor cushions, lighting, or decor items, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on outdoor cushions & pillows unless they arrive damaged or defective. All other products in our gardening & lawn care, outdoor decor, gazebos & umbrellas, lighting, and patio furniture categories are eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • You will be responsible for shipping costs for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items
