Order Processing Time
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to customers worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas):
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: International customers may be subject to customs fees or import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your outdoor living purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple returns process for most items.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
Important Exception: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on outdoor cushions & pillows unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our customer service within 15 days by emailing [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
- Wait for approval – We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Package your item securely in its original packaging
- Ship your return to our warehouse at the address provided in your approval email
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
- You’re responsible for shipping costs for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error
- Exchanges are typically processed within 1-2 business days after we receive your return
- The new item will be shipped via your selected shipping method
Damaged or Defective Items
If your outdoor decor item arrives damaged or defective:

- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item
Return Shipping Information
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
